Fire Extinguisher Servicing
Site Visit £30 -£50+

Typical range: £7 – £15 per extinguisher for annual servicing (inspection, seals, tagging and compliance checks).

Fire Alarm Maintenance
Commercial systems are typically serviced every 6 months.
1–20 devices: from ~£170 per visit
21–50 devices: ~£200 – £300 per visit
Additional devices: ~£4 – £6 per device

Emergency Lighting Service
Annual inspection and 3-hour drain testing:
Small premises (1–20 fittings): ~£100 – £180 total
Larger sites: ~£180 – £350+ depending on number of lights

Warden Call & Nurse Call Systems
Nurse call maintenance: ~£250 – £600+ annually depending on system size and call points
Warden/staff attack systems: typically quoted per building or included within wider maintenance contracts

EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)
Domestic properties: ~£120 – £350+

Access Control Maintenance
