Meet The Team

Lee Hilton

I’m an experienced electrician and Electrical Contracts Manager with a career spanning more than two decades across domestic, commercial and industrial projects. I started out as an apprentice and have worked my way through the trade into senior leadership roles, managing teams, overseeing complex installations and supporting clients with everything from design and pricing through to delivery and compliance. I take pride in solving problems, working efficiently and delivering high-quality, safe electrical work that stands the test of time.

Over the years I’ve built extensive experience in electrical installation, inspection and testing, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control, emergency lighting, warden and nurse call systems, EV charging and general maintenance. My role today involves leading engineers and apprentices, planning projects, ensuring safety standards are met and supporting clients with practical, reliable solutions tailored to their sites. I’m hands-on by nature and enjoy being involved in the technical side of the work just as much as managing projects and people.

I hold a wide range of industry qualifications and certifications, including City & Guilds electrical installation qualifications, 2391 Inspection & Testing, BS7671 Wiring Regulations up to the 18th Edition, EVSE installation and inspection, NICEIC Approved Supervisor and NICEIC company accreditation experience, as well as specialist training in fire alarms, fire extinguisher servicing, CCTV, access control, door entry and assisted living systems. I’ve also completed management and leadership qualifications, health and safety certifications, and ongoing CPD to stay up to date with current regulations, fault-finding techniques and emerging technologies.

Throughout my career I’ve worked across a huge variety of environments, from private homes to large commercial estates and high-security sites. I’ve overseen teams of electricians and apprentices, developed internal systems and processes, and supported the next generation of engineers through mentoring and training. I enjoy sharing knowledge, leading by example and helping teams deliver work safely, professionally and to a high standard.

I’m passionate about the trade and take a practical, no-nonsense approach to every job. Whether it’s a full installation, a complex fault, or routine maintenance, my focus is always on doing the job properly, keeping people safe and delivering a result clients can rely on. Continuous learning and improvement are important to me, and I’m always looking for ways to develop my skills and stay at the forefront of the industry.
